Your gas meter reading can be phoned in 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to our regular office number 542-4808. Readings can also be faxed anytime to 542-7118,  or e-mailed using the message box below.  Regardless of the method used to submit the reading, always give the 10-dIGIT account number, account name, date that the reading was taken, and the meter reading.  Readings should be taken on the LASt day of each month and must be received for processing before the 10th of THE next month.  If regular readings are not received, our field staff will read your meter and a $50.00 penalty charge will be applied to your gas account.  FOR MORE INFORMATION, CLICK HERE. Payments can be received at the front counter during normal business hours (8:00 am to 12:00 pm and 1:00 to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday). They can also be dropped off 24/7 in the drop box at our front door, sent in the mail, or be made at your financial institution (teller, atm, bank website).
